FAQ

VNK Fashion Concierge – FAQ

1 What makes VNK different from other fashion concierge services

Most concierges hide behind vague promises or charge triple the market price. At VNK, I stand for radical transparency. I don’t overpromise — instead, I give you the real timeline, the real price, and the real story behind your purchase. My global network allows me to secure highly sought-after items without inflated markups.

2 Can VNK get items that are “impossible” to buy, like Hermès, Chanel, Rolex, or Patek Philippe

Yes. While nothing in luxury is truly impossible, many pieces are designed to be out of reach for most. Hermès Birkins, Rolex Daytona, or Patek Philippe Nautilus models are classic examples. Through my network of suppliers, collectors, and boutique contacts, VNK often secures these items faster than traditional waitlists — and without the endless games luxury houses sometimes play with clients.

3 How does the Virtual Wardrobe work

I’m building a unique unlimited virtual wardrobe for my clients. Imagine browsing curated, highly desired pieces — bags, shoes, watches, ready-to-wear — all in one place. Each item is available to be delivered straight to your doorstep, with VNK ensuring the piece is authentic, in perfect condition, and exactly as promised.

And because true luxury is also about curation, VNK collaborates with expert wardrobe curators who help you refine your collection, ensuring every piece fits your lifestyle and personal style narrative.

4 How do you ensure authenticity

Trust is everything. Every piece I source goes through strict authentication, whether directly from boutiques or vetted resellers within my network. I only work with trusted partners I’ve known for years, including relationships built during my time at Farfetch and Threads. These are long-standing, highly reliable partners who also work with some of the largest luxury companies in the world.

5 Do I need to pay customs and duties on my purchases

Yes — but the exact amount depends entirely on the country of delivery. Duties and VAT are determined by local customs authorities, and quotations can only be confirmed once the shipment details are shared with them. VNK provides guidance and clarity before your order is shipped so there are no surprises.

6 Are your prices higher than boutiques

In some cases, yes — but never unreasonably. Items that are available in-store will always be sold at boutique price when sourced. For rare or waitlist-only pieces (Hermès, Rolex, Patek), there’s a secondary market premium — but unlike other concierges, VNK keeps pricing within market range. I refuse to triple prices just because demand is high.

7 What happens if my item doesn’t arrive on time

Delays can happen — whether it’s courier issues, customs clearance, or boutique release schedules. I always keep you updated in real time. No vague excuses, no radio silence. I’d rather tell you the truth than leave you waiting in the dark.

8 Can I see proof of condition before buying

Absolutely. I can always share high-quality images of each item before purchase — especially important for pre-owned or limited edition pieces. That way, you know exactly what you’re getting before it arrives.

9 What is your return and exchange policy

Most items are non-returnable. Ready-to-wear and shoes can sometimes be exchanged if this is clearly mentioned in advance. If a product is marked “Final Sale”, it means no return or exchange applies, even in these categories. Transparency is key, so the return status will always be communicated before you confirm your order.

10 How do payments work

Payments are made securely, either directly to VNK or via agreed escrow. Given the nature of luxury sourcing, most orders require a deposit or upfront payment — but that comes with the VNK guarantee: honesty, transparency, and full accountability.

11 What kind of clients do you work with

My clients range from seasoned collectors who want to secure investment-worthy pieces like a Patek or Hermès, to fashion enthusiasts who simply want the season’s must-have bag delivered without the drama of waitlists. What they all have in common is valuing trust, discretion, and efficiency.
