We currently deliver to the following regions:

At this time, we do not ship to other territories, though we plan to expand our delivery regions in the near future.
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 2 PM (Dubai Time), excluding UAE weekends and public/bank holidays.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days from order placement.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping (GCC only): 1–2 business days.

Signature on Delivery: Required for all orders. If you authorize delivery to your doorstep or neighbor, VNK is not responsible for any loss or damage once delivery is completed.
Taxes, Duties & Price Transparency

The price at checkout is the total amount payable — no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen logistics delays may occur.

If we cannot fulfill your order within 14 days of the expected delivery date, you will be notified in writing and offered either:
