Terms of Service

Welcome to www.vnk.ae (the “Website”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern both:

  1. Your access and use of our Website and services; and
  2. The purchase and sale of products and services through our Website.

By using our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, all of which form part of your legal agreement with VNK Fashion Concierge LLC (“VNK”, “we”, or “us”).

This Website is owned and operated by VNK Fashion Concierge LLC, a company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Website or services.

1. Business Policy

1.1 VNK provides luxury fashion concierge and sourcing services to private clients, collectors, and stylists worldwide.
 1.2 All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use, unless expressly agreed in writing.
 1.3 VNK reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that:

  • Do not comply with UAE law,
  • Breach sourcing or ethical guidelines, or
  • Raise solvency or verification concerns.

 

2. Use of Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure,
  • Providing accurate and truthful information,
  • Avoiding unauthorized access, scraping, or misuse,
  • Not transmitting viruses or harmful code.

VNK is not liable for misuse of your credentials unless arising from our gross negligence or misconduct.

 

 

3. Orders & Sourcing

3.1 Orders are placed by completing the checkout process online.
 3.2 Before finalizing, you will see:

  • A description of the product/service,
  • Price (including UAE VAT and applicable duties),
  • Delivery timelines and shipping fees,
  • Return and refund eligibility.
     3.3 A confirmation email will summarize your order.
     3.4 VNK does not carry physical inventory. Products are sourced upon request. You will only be charged once availability and final pricing are confirmed.
     3.5 Orders may be canceled if incomplete, inaccurate, or if sourcing becomes unavailable.

 

 

4. Product Authenticity & Pricing

4.1 All items are authentic and sourced directly from brands or approved luxury vendors.
 4.2 Prices are in AED (or selected currency) and include applicable VAT.
 4.3 Promotions or lower prices available within 7 days of purchase will be honored.
 4.4 Second-hand or vintage products will be clearly identified.

 

 

5. Payment

5.1 Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, and bank transfer.
 5.2 All transactions are encrypted and comply with Federal Decree-Law No. 46/2021 on e-commerce.
 5.3 International fees or conversion rates are set by your bank.

 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Delivery timelines are shown at checkout and confirmed via email.
 6.2 We ship internationally, subject to local import restrictions. Customs duties and fees (outside UAE) are the responsibility of the client.
 6.3 Invoices are issued in English; Arabic available on request.

 

 

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Due to our sourcing model, purchases are generally non-refundable. Exchanges or credit notes may be granted if:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging,
  • You notify us within 2 days of delivery,
  • The request complies with our Exchange Policy.
     7.2 Final sale or non-returnable items will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
     7.3 You retain the right to a refund if a product is defective, misrepresented, or if pre-contractual information was not disclosed, per UAE Consumer Protection Law.

 

 

8. Warranty & After-Sales

8.1 Items are covered by manufacturer’s warranties (if applicable).
 8.2 Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as per Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023.
 8.3 Repairs will be fulfilled within 30 days, where possible.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All original content on the Website (branding, text, design, layout) is owned by VNK.
  • Third-party brand images, trademarks, and product content remain the property of their owners.
  • You may not reproduce or use our content without written consent.

 

 

10. Liability

10.1 VNK is liable for damages caused by gross negligence, misrepresentation, or defective goods.
 10.2 We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, connectivity issues, or third-party disruptions.

 

11. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published on this page and apply only to future transactions.

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection authorities.
